Ingredients

  1. 547 gr lasagna sheets (1 pack)
  2. Bolognese sauce:
  3. 2 onions
  4. 1 green bell pepper
  5. 1 can pomodoro sauce
  6. Lasagne powdered mix (1 pack)
  7. 1 tbsp tomatoe paste
  8. Bechamel sauce
  9. 50 gr butter
  10. 2 Tbsp flour
  11. 300 ml milk
  12. 200 gr heavy cream
  13. 400 gr mozzarella

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1Add the two chopped onions and green bell pepper to a pan and roast them at high speed, then add the ground beef and lower the temperature to medium heat, and roast them together.

    Cover the lasagna sheets with one ladle bolognese, one ladle bechamel, and a handful of mozzeralla cheese and repeat this process until it reaches the top of the pan.

    Cover it with aluminium foil and place it in the oven for 45 minutes at 230°C. In the last 7 minutes, make sure to remove the foil.
